This recipe makes about 56 coin-size cheese bites for party finger food when using the miniature muffin tins.

Mix as above. Grease the miniature muffin tins as needed. Pour about 1/8th inch deep into each well. Bake at 3500 for about 15 minutes; they will pull away from the pan sides.
Let them settle and cool for 2-3 minutes. If they need help to come out, use a knife or wooden skewer.
They freeze well. Use as you would a cheddar cheese.
